Michigan State Sport camps

Michigan State University hockey camp is one that you don’t want to miss. There are multiple camps held throughout the summer and are available as resident or commuter camp for those living in the Michigan area.

All hockey training activities are held at Munn Ice Arena. The camp even features a hefty 12 on-ice sessions. If you weren’t tired yet dryland and strength training are also included. Most camps are suitable for those ages 9 to going into freshman year of highschool.

MSU uses it’s facilities to it’s full advantage. You’ll get individual video analysis and sports psych and nutrition sessions. This is elite level curriculum that you are receiving.

Each camp includes a jersey and daily scrimmage.

Don’t worry goalies. MSU didn’t forget about you. The camps have goalie specific training programs so you can level up your training as well.

As MSU is part of the NCAA. All Michigan State sports camps are open to any and all that would like to attend. While it is still a first come, first serve camp, skill level or experience is never restricted.

9:00-10:00am Ice
10:20-11:20am Fitness Training
11:35-12:15pm Lunch
12:15-12:45pm Psych/Nutrition
1:00-1:30pm Warmup
2:00-3:00pm Ice
3:30-4:15pm Video / Habits
4:30-5:00pm Dinner
5:45-6:35pm Scrimmage
6:45-7:30pm Off Ice Instruction
7:30pm Commuters to Munn
7:45pm Commuter Pickup @ Munn
